  • OLI FISH

  • Perched above the meeting point of waves and rocks, Oli-Fish is a steak and seafood restaurant dedicated to carrying forward Fujian’s coastal dining heritage. Its menu weaves Fujian flavors into the framework of European culinary techniques, creating a dialogue between land and sea. The restaurant’s name is inspired by an ancient agricultural cycle: fish bones that once nourished the ocean are returned to the soil, cultivating olive trees—symbols of peace, abundance, and renewal. It is also a culinary destination worth a dedicated journey, responding to the world’s palate with an irreplaceable sense of local flavor.

Oli-Fish is best known for its authentic locally sourced seafood landed daily, dry-aged steaks, and a thoughtfully curated wine list selected to complement each flavor profile, all presented with the signature service and wine hospitality of Lohkah Hotel Group. Guided by the group’s commitment to sustainability, the restaurant prioritizes locally sourced ingredients, seasonal menus, and produce harvested from “Oli garden”, including fresh herbs and selected vegetables that support daily operations. The space features an open dining room and kitchen with uninterrupted sea views, along with a dedicated wine cellar and dry-aging cabinet. This visual transparency transforms the journey from ingredient to table into an engaging experience, while subtly expressing the restaurant’s reverence for food origins and natural cycles—where fish nourish olives, and the soil, in turn, sustains every meal.
